I had no real concept of “leadership” formed in my head. I write about them in more detail in my ebook (which you can download HERE for free), but there is an overarching lesson that just has to come first: To be a great leader, you have to REALLY want to be one. The leadership manifesto came out of me, onto that yellow pad.
I was fascinated by the articulate and graceful way she had connected a person’s heart and soul to great leadership, and better still, she had the science to prove it. It’s a great framework for leaders to make that deep and fulfilling heart and mind connection for themselves – and bring their leadership to a higher level.
