I’m leading a half-day training workshop at the Agile 2019 conference , which is in Washington D.C. This session is geared towards Scrummasters, coaches, managers, and anyone else who’s in a leadership role and isn’t a programmer themselves. Test-DrivenDevelopment (TDD) is an essential skill for agile teams.
While you can take a course and then pay for coaching after the workshop to learn this is not just expensive but wastes the time of your staff and often produces resistance. . Most "doings" in workshops are games to instill why Agile is good. Most Scrum courses teach story writing w/ "As a I want so that I get ".
