Maxwell’s excellent book The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth emphasizes the importance of growth. Mentors, coaches, sponsors and others can bring new perspectives, questions and resources. I sat in the library yesterday, coaching a small herd of children in the art of writing well. If I share the photo, I thought, would I be boasting about what I can accomplish as a writing coach?
