The exam covers topics such as coding, designing cloud architecture, cloud security, troubleshooting, implementation, migration, load and performance testing, and business applications. The exam covers topics such as Scrum and agile, Scrum theory, Scrum values, Scrum teams, the Scrum master role , Scrum events, and Scrum artifacts.
This language has proven itself an ideal fit for growth-oriented cost optimization strategies due to its platform independence, enterprise-grade scalability, open-source ecosystem, and strong support for cloud-native architectures. Lets review them in detail in the table below.
“We’re really struggling with the Product Owner concept, and many of our Scrum teams just don’t feel very productive.” The company had several vertical markets, with a Scrum team of about ten people assigned to each market. Each market had a Product Manager, a traditional role found in most product companies. they told us.
What duties would they perform that would warrant a separate engineering role? Prior to writing this post, I’ve discussed this concept with various members of the community ranging anywhere from developers, SREs, QA Engineers, and scrum masters. Some of the more common responses were: DevOps Engineers don’t need assistants.
The engineering organisation described may not work for you because of a team of 8-10 people is still a very big overhead. In this model, software architecture and code ownership is a reflection of the organisational model. The very idea of long-lived teams came from Scrum (see LeSS and SAFe agile guides).
In this series, we pulled aside folks from across our engineering department to talk about confidence. From the technical executives to folks on the ground in engineering, management and site reliability, we wanted to know what “confidence” meant to them, and how it had changed over the course of their careers.
Understanding and interpreting our performance metrics in this way allows us to have meaningful conversations with Product Management, DevOps, and core Software Engineering on whether our findings require an architecture review, expanded or contracted infrastructure, or will meet our customer’s expectations for product behavior.
Differences in design principles between product and engineeringmanagement (1:35). How Rich helps marketers/sales develop a more useful frame for engineering (10:01). And then we agree that the things in design or architecture are really the next good ones up. Show Notes. The “Innovation” Misconception (15:36).

As engineers, we will continue to leverage any advancements and architectures, algorithms, or libraries to speed the delivery of our Data Science innovations to our customers and also make it more intuitive. So I would say that’s a trade-off that is important for all engineeringmanagers to think about.
