In a lawsuit the airline filed in October, Delta claimed the faulty update was pushed out in an unsafe manner and CrowdStrike should pay for the losses. Thats a particular problem because, just as with CrowdStrike, theres a growing dependence on a small number of vendors. The AI Safety and Security Board was also disbanded.
