This case study explores how one organization transitioned from a scaled Agile setup to a descaled model of autonomous teams. The post [Case Study] Lessons from descaling 25 Scrum teams first appeared on Agile Alliance.
We learned that some additional roles and events are needed to address cross-team and cross-organizational alignment and prioritization, when our organization went from a ‘Spotify-inspired” setup to a descaled setup with 25 stand-alone autonomous Scrum teams.
