Organizations erroneously believe that 100% of the value of strategicplanning for the future lies in determining “what comes next” or putting a stake in the ground regarding “where we want to be.” years) is becoming the optimal temporal “chunk” inside which to do career and strategicplanning.
While this is understandable, it is nonetheless naive, and it constitutes a major flaw in the business logic of most strategicplans.
