Developing effective conflict resolution skill sets are an essential component of a building a sustainable business model. The only thing worse than what I’ve just described is leadership that doesn’t recognize it and/or does nothing about it.
Making sound decisions is a skill set that needs to be developed like any other. By developing a qualitative and quantitative filtering mechanism for your decisioning process you can make better decisions in a shorter period of time. They make bad decisions.
