I don’t see asking for help as a sign of weakness, rather I see it as a very smart thing to do, and I therefore tend to seek out help wherever I can find it. My personal and professional network are far more important to my success than my individual competencies.

There are many young men whose fathers give extremely poor examples for becoming men of character. Teach them the differences between being a “good friend&# who has concern for others and being a “bad friend&# or an acquaintance. But make sure this is more of the exception rather than the rule.
